TDSA Annual General Meeting Notice

Submissions & Agenda Items
In accordance with club rules, any items for discussion, member questions, or proposals must be submitted in writing to the Honorary Secretary by Sunday, 13th September (14 days prior to the AGM):
- All submissions must be formally proposed and seconded by Full Members.
- All submitted items will be vetted by the committee prior to the meeting.
- The Q&A session at the AGM is strictly reserved for pre-submitted items and is not an open-floor debating session.
- If you have a complaint, please follow the formal complaints procedure displayed in reception rather than raising it at the AGM.
Key Meeting Information
Proxy Voting: Members unable to attend may appoint a proxy to speak and vote on their behalf. All proxy nominations must be submitted in writing or via email to the Hon. Secretary prior to the start of the meeting.
Agenda Notice: The formal AGM notice is currently pinned up at the club. An updated agenda listing member submissions and committee nominations will be displayed on the club noticeboard prior to the meeting.
Committee Nominations: Full members (preferably with a minimum of 2 years of active club use) are welcome to apply for committee positions.
